Postage and Handling.
Postage costs vary due to postcode, weight and shape of items.  Postage costs will be confirmed upon enquiry or receipt of order.  Items are sent through Australia Post unless otherwise stated/requested.  No responsibility is taken for lost items that are not sent registered post.  Registered Post is an additional postage cost and insures items. Extra insurance may be purchased for large orders.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes into their country of residence.  Express post offers a tracking service and fast delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the item is faulty and it is returned in its original condition.  The item must not have been used.   A store credit or refund will be issued for the full price of the returned item if found to be faulty.  All items are quality checked before being shipped.  As with all handmade items there may be some variation to the photographs and some slight imperfections may be visible.  These add to the charm of the item and are not accepted as grounds for return.  These imperfections are considered part of the style and individuality of each piece and cannot be accepted as damaged.  Faulty items must be reported immediately and returns on faulty items must be made within 14 days of purchase.  

Please note as with all handmade items such as hip scarves, beads and coins are prone to catching on other materials and it is recommend that any loose beads are immediately fixed.  No hip scarves or any items with beads or coins will be accepted for return or refund after any use unless the item is deemed faulty prior to use.  It is also recommended that you do not sit around in your costumes or scarves for any length of time as they are fragile and can easily be damaged.

The cost of postage for return/refund items is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note, there are no returns on sale items unless they are found to be faulty.

Desert Gift Certificates.
Our Desert gift certificates are available in $25 increments and are a great gift idea.  Please give the full name and address details of the receiver when ordering.  Certificates are valid for 12 months on all items in our store.

To protect your privacy, you can visit our site without the need for identification.  We do not collect personal information and do not share, sell, rent or barter any personal information to any third parties.  The only time personal information will be used is in the processing of your order if the need arises for the use of a carrier that delivers your order.
